At Giftimah, every order is handmade with care and personalised to your request. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday).

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends.

If you place an order and need it urgently, you must contact us first to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

If you leave a note stating you need it by a certain date without confirming with us, we are not liable if it does not arrive in time.
Delivery Services & Times
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services:

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, it may be considered lost. In that case, you will be offered a replacement or refund.
Busy Periods
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), delivery and turnaround times may be longer.
We recommend placing your order early and checking our homepage for any updates or extended timeframes during busy periods.
Local Pickup
We offer local collection for nearby customers.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
Please do not arrive without confirming a time.
