Return & Refund Policy

Please read our policy below before placing your order:

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is:

  • Damaged or faulty

  • Incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong name, spelling, or design sent)

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, including clear photos of:

  • The item received

  • The packaging

  • The area of concern

If you make a mistake in your personalisation, and the item is already in production we cannot offer a refund. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already started production, it cannot be cancelled. If production has not started, then we will issue a refund. Production can take place on the same day or few days after- therefore a timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Email us at info@giftimah.co.uk or contact us via WhatsApp at 07763 564531 with your order number and issue details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after 14 days, as they are beyond our control once the order has been safely delivered.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@giftimah.co.uk.
